Our longtime helicopter pilot Mel Caine is recovering in hospital after being bitten by a rattlesnake while in Minden, Nevada. He required five doses of antivenom serum. Get well soon Mel! July 25th, 2010: Elk summer camp Duane and Morgan Poliquin visited the Elk Gold Project this week. Pictured below from left to right are Morgan, Brian Alexander (project manager), and Peter Daubeny (geologist). The camp and office and core shack are built, and the crew are well fed with an excellent cook.
