Option Agreement with Ross River Minerals
November 2005: Ross River can earb a 70 % interest in the property by spending $500,000 on exploration by April 1 2006 as well as making a series of payments of Ross River stock. In 2004 a further, 40,000 shares are due as payment and 40,000 shares in 2005.

 

The Ram property is located in the Watson Lake Mining District 25 miles south of the village of Ross River, Yukon Territory. It consists of 69 claims covering a large area of alteration and mineralization with significant past exploration results including a drill intercept of 2.2 g/tAu over 5.3 meters. The property makes up a portion of Ross River'sTay-LP property.
