Bookmere

Option Agreement with Williams Creek Explorations Ltd.
May 2006: Williams Creek can earn an interest in either or both the Brookmere and the Merit Project through spending $C4 Million over 4 years and issuing 1,000,000 shares of Williams Creek to Almaden during the same period.

overview

The Brookmere Project was identified and staked by Almaden. This wholly Almaden owned epithermal gold-silver prospect in southern British Columbia is 17,114 hectare and covers an area of multielement stream sediment anomalies. The property is easily accessed by road, 40 km south from the city of Merritt, and is situated in the Spence's Bridge Gold Belt, which Almaden identified in 2003.

In 2007 Williams Creek conducted prospecting and stream sediment sampling on the Brookmere project and obtained permits for drilling for the Merit Project. Almaden expects Williams Creek to drill the Merit project in the summer of 2008.
